Weddings at Santa Clara de Asis are typically celebrated on Saturdays at 10:00AM or 2:00PM. We encourage couples to reach out 3-6 months in advance to allow enough time for preparation and scheduling. We can be flexible with weekday weddings, depending on the church schedule.

Yes. There is a wedding fee that helps cover the use of the church, marriage coordinator, and administrative support. Details are provided during your initial meeting. To hold your wedding date, we have a $100 deposit.

No. While at least one person must be a baptized Catholic, your fiancé does not need to be Catholic to celebrate your marriage at Santa Clara de Asis. Our parish will help guide you through the process to ensure your wedding honors both your faith and your shared commitment to one another.

Every couple preparing for marriage in the Catholic Church completes a period of preparation that includes:
Meeting(s) with a priest or deacon
A marriage preparation program (the Diocese of Orange offers these)
Gathering necessary documents and planning the ceremony
We’ll guide you through each step once you begin the process.
